Favorite Room in House:
“Our home is truly a labor of love. We worked very closely with Scott Barczi while building it. Every inch, angle, and detail was thoughtfully addressed. It’s a great place to be.”
Family Tradition:
“Our close-knit Christmas Eve dinner in the dining room with holiday music playing, and—if we’re lucky—a dusting of snow falling outside the window to make the night even cozier.”

The home is wired for audio in 18 locations inside and out, including on the large cedar deck that overlooks a private garden waterfall and pond. Beautiful cherry cabinets and millwork—including 26 art-glass pieces in transoms, doors, and windows—are found throughout the house. The main level has a living room with fireplace, a dining room with a butler’s pantry and wet bar, a two-story great room with fireplace, a cherry-paneled office, a library with wet bar, an eat-in kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, and a sunroom with a stone fireplace. The walkout basement includes a second family room with fireplace, game room with fireplace, second fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, office/bedroom, an exercise room, full bath with sauna, cedar closet, and theater. The theater has a 110-inch screen and an eight-speaker sound system.
Favorite Thing About Naperville:
“Naperville has so much to offer and truly lives up to its reputation as a great city in which to raise a family. The sense of community can be seen everywhere, including the high level of participation in all of the festivals and events held within the city. The schools and libraries are exceptional and provide so much opportunity for kids of all ages. For adults, the downtown area with the Riverwalk and shops and restaurants makes Naperville a unique city ideal for the entire family.”
